Luna introduces Virtual Office: the convenience of a standard Microsoft Office workspace without installing software. This way, the trusted Office can always be used, also for Mac or Linux platforms. When users start an application in the Remote Desktop, this occurs on the Luna servers in our secured data centers. Only keypad-, mouse- and screen data are sent over the network through an encrypted connection. Users obviously only view their own session. You get online access to all standard components of Office 2007 Enterprise, like Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Access, with software as WinZip and Acrobat PDF Reader in addition. Access to Dynamics CRM and/or MS-SQL is optional. The only requirement is an internet connection with sufficient capacity.

In addition to the advantages of mobile working, Luna's Virtual Office offers you this facility with all license costs included. Because there is no need to install software, you save on maintenance costs and your employees are granted a recent, stable Office version. You get charged a monthly amount per user.

Virtual Office is suitable for organizations of all sizes. For medium size to very large organizations Luna provides Dedicated Office. This too creates the facility of Office online including license costs, but from your own Dedicated Server. Dedicated Office gives you the possibility to add any application (if supported by Remote Desktop) to your workspace applications.
